Disease similarity analysis tools
Two tools including SimDisExplore and SimPDExplore have been provided for exploring similarities
between diseases based on
ALGORITHM layer, and also for discovering relationships among similar
diseases and drugs based on
DATABASE layer.
Two tools have been provided for easily accessing similarity between diseases as follows.

SimPDExplore
This tool is used to measure the similarity between an input DO term and the other DO terms, and discovery relationships among similar diseases and therapeutic chemicals.
SimPDExplore
This tool is used to measure the similarity of a pair of diseases, and discovery relationships among similar diseases and therapeutic chemicals.
