Introduction

LncRNA2Target allows researchers to submit information target genes of lncRNAs inferred from the low-throughput experiments such as immunoprecipitation assays, RNA pull down assays, luciferase reporter assays, RT-qPCR and western blot, and high-throughput experiments such as RNA-seq after lncRNA knockdown or overexpression. You do not have to be an author on the original study to submit a record. Once approved by the submission review committee, the submitted records will be made available to the public in the coming release.
