Input a disease name, impact factor, or signature name in the textbox, and click button, or click the randomly generated text in the page.

After inputting ‘Alzheimer’s disease’ in the input page, all the related entries involving detailed information on relationship between metabolite and disease could be retrieved and displayed.

A case for using network visualization tool.

The following figure shows a case for show a network visualization of associations among ‘acute coronary syndrome’, ‘acute myeloid leukemia’, and ‘adenocarcinoma’ in metabolite level.

After submitting ‘acute coronary syndrome’, ‘acute myeloid leukemia’, and ‘adenocarcinoma’ in the input page, these three diseases and their related metabolites could be visualized in the result page.
